In The Between: "What's Going On?"
1. What if Griffin had tapped into something real, something that nobody else knows about.
2. Or, maybe it was just his imagination. Either way, he had to find out.
3. It was always dark in the attic, but tonight was different. Before he reached the top of the stairs he could see a soft light leaking out from the doorway.
4. On entry, he discovered that the light was coming from his computer, and an odd looking creature human was on the screen saver.
5. Griffin hit a key to rid the screensaver, but it didn’t retreat. He tried restart, nothing. He held the power button down for a ridiculously long time, still nothing!
6. The screensaver was still up, but suddenly the creature was gone.
7. Griffin slammed his thumb down on the power button. A flash of lightning bolted from his computer and sent him flying across3 the room. And everything went dark….
